June Streadwick has been a leader in promoting gardening and horticulture education for Master Gardeners in all of Ontario. She has been the Education Director for Master Gardeners of Ontario, instrumental in establishing our required horticulture education at U. Guelph and at Dalhousie U., and has published many articles. June created education weekends at the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture for Ontario MGs and also arranged MGs volunteering in the Park’s greenhouses in the winter months.
