Matthew is a fifty-seven-year-old, developmentally challenged adult who lives to please others. This trait and dedication are appreciated by the entire community. Matthew takes great satisfaction in watering the six beautiful flower boxes on the bridge every day for 18 years. He proud to be a member of our Society. Without Matt’s contribution of labour and love, the flower boxes wouldn’t survive. Because of Matt’s efforts Martintown is known as the «Prettiest Small Village in Eastern Ontario.»
