Barbara Downey is the cornerstone of our garden club. She has been a member for over 25 years and in that time has served in various leadership roles including President of the Club. Barbara has demonstrated her love of gardening by sharing her knowledge and expertise. She has organized garden tours and plant sales for many years. Barbara also is a leader in the community, she initiated a very successful front garden recognition program. I can think of no better example of a Garden Hero!
