Elsie Kathler is our Garden Hero. Elsie and her sidekick Doug, volunteer in taking care of the grounds at the Mennonite Heritage Village, a well known museum in southeastern Manitoba. Not only do they give of their time and expertise, but Elsie is a promoter of the Steinbach and Area Garden Club and the Manitoba Master Gardeners Association. Over the years, she has held several positions in both. She has tirelessly demonstrated her passion for people and gardening. What an asset!
