A member of the Gloucester Horticultural Society (GHS) since 1981, Fran has filled nearly every executive position within the society over the past 41 years. Fran was President of GHS from 1988-1991 and 2017-2019 She also served as an Assistant District Director in OHA D2 for 3 years. Fran is a founding member of MGOC. Serving the commmmunity advice clinics, speaking to local gardening groups, and organizing special Master Gardener events. She writes a regular column for Riverview Park Review
