JB is in charge of creating a beautiful landscape of flowers, plants, trees throughout the Town of Niagara on the Lake. He inspires his team of hard workers by setting an example of support to any and all members of the community. His response to any request is always positive and goes above and beyond what was expected. As a member of the Town’s Communities in Bloom Committee, he provides creative solutions to the projects undertaken and has been instrumental in our Town winning awards.
