Joan has the key role of the Horticultural Park Coordinator and is responsible for the procurement of plants each year for the garden and the scheduling and of all the work in the large garden that the Society owns and operates. She dedicates an incredible number of hours in working in the garden every season deadheading, weeding, watering etc. Joan basically checks the garden daily from April till snowfall. She actively posts what is growing weekly on our Facebook page.This garden is a town gem.
