Nadine has successfully taken on the organization of a beautiful community garden adjacent to an apartment complex for persons with many challenges. Despite her own health struggles, she has had wheelchair accessible garden boxes built, found volunteers, participated in preparing the soil, planting, weeding and harvesting. Her own joy in this activity has been a keen reminder that connecting with our earth is essential to our personal well-being.
