Suzan is a enthusiastic new Butterflyway Ranger in Sechelt. In 3 months, she galvanized her neighbors, friends, fellow garden club members and the District of Sechelt to remove the invasive plants in a forested park near her home and in a sunny area adjacent to the park, plant a Butterflyway Garden. She wrote proposals to the District of Sechelt, applied for grants, knocked on doors for donations of time and money, baked cookies for volunteers and today the Butterflyway (phase one) is a reality.
