Lakeshore is a family business which was started in 1936 by planting fruit trees during the depression. It began as a mail-order business and quickly expanded to a retail nursery centre. Ownership has remained in the family until this day.   

Today, Lakeshore has over 250 acres of field grown trees and shrubs as well as several acres of container stock. In addition to the Garden Centre, we are wholesale growers specializing in prairie hardy quality landscape supply and large specimen trees. Lakeshore has been growing flowers, trees and shrubs for almost 90 years! Our passion definitely stems from our roots!
