Doug Hanna was a founding member of the Paris Horticultural Society in 1986. He has continually served on the Board of Directors in many positions, such as President, Secretary and public planting chairperson, plus others. Has been responsible for the building of Common Stone Common Park in downtown Paris, plus several gardens in and around the Paris area. He provides knowledge and encouragement to Society members, residences of Paris and local government.
